Pose Magic("us", "we", or "our") operates the Pose Magic mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

• We do NOT collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location). Our application is designed to provide posing inspiration without requiring any user registration or login.

2. Advertising (Google Ads)

• To keep our service free, we display advertisements within the app.
•  Provider: We use Google AdMob as our primary ad provider.
•  Data Used by Ads: While we do not collect personal data, Google AdMob may use technical identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized or   non-personalized ads.
•  Target Audience: Our ads are intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly target children under 13 with personalized advertising.

3. Image Content and AI Disclaimer

•  Source of Content: The images and posing guides provided in this app are a combination of AI-generated content (80%) and curated content from publicly available digital platforms (20%).
•  Fictional Representation: Any resemblance in AI-generated images to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental and intended for illustrative/educational purposes only.
•  Fair Use: Curated content is used under the principles of "Fair Use" for educational and inspirational guidance. If any copyright holder wishes to have their content removed, they can contact us via email.

4. Data Storage and Local Favorites

•  No Server Storage: We do not save your "Favorite" images on our servers.
•  Local Cache: When you mark a pose as a favorite, it is saved in your device's *local cache memory*.
•  User Control: You have full control over this data. If you clear the app's cache or uninstall the app, all your favorited images will be permanently removed.

5. Permissions

•  No Gallery/Storage Access: We do not ask for permission to access your device's photo gallery or internal storage.
•  Sharing Feature: You can share pose images directly with friends via third-party apps (like WhatsApp or Instagram). This process is handled by the system's native sharing intent and does not grant us access to your personal files.

6. Firebase and Technical Logs

•  Although we do not use Firebase Analytics for user tracking, our application includes Firebase configuration files for basic technical infrastructure. 
• Technical Data: Firebase may automatically collect certain non-identifiable technical information, such as device model, OS version, and crash reports, to help us improve app stability.

7. Connectivity

•  Internet Requirement: An active internet connection is required to browse new categories and load images/ads.
•  Offline Access: Images previously saved to your "Favorites" may be accessible offline via the local cache.

8. Global Compliance (GDPR/CCPA)

• While our primary user base is in India, we strive to maintain high privacy standards globally.
•  User Rights: Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data to "delete" or "access" upon request. Your privacy is protected by design through data minimization.
