Bless Bite Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") built the Bus Bengal app (package name: com.blessbitesolutions.bus_bengal_app) as a Commercial application. This SERVICE is provided by Bless Bite Solutions and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors and users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service. By choosing to use Bus Bengal, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. 
- Account Data: If you create a profile or book tour packages, we may collect your Name, Phone Number.
- App Usage Data: We locally store your "Default Route" (e.g., Medinipur, Kolkata) to provide faster and smarter bus sorting.

2. Device Permissions & Feature Access
Bus Bengal requests certain device permissions strictly to provide core functionalities. We guarantee that these permissions are not used to track you maliciously:
- Dialer / Phone Access (CALL_PHONE Intent): Our app includes a "Call" button to directly contact bus conductors, drivers, or agents. When tapped, the app only opens your device's default dialer with the pre-filled number. We DO NOT record your phone calls, nor do we access your call logs or contact list.
- Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): We use local notifications to provide "Smart Bus Alarms" to alert you before your departure. These alarms are processed locally on your device.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertisements
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. 
- Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests. 
- Google Play Services: Used for core app functionality and security checks.

4. Data Retention and Deletion Policy (Google Play Data Safety)
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. 
User Right to Deletion: You have the complete right to request the deletion of your personal data. 
- How to delete: You can request account and data deletion by sending an email to blessbiteofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process and wipe your data from our servers within 7-14 business days, and you can also delete data from your app in profile section.

5. Log Data and Error Reporting
Whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use, and other statistics to help us fix crashes.

6. Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it (including secure database communication). However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

- No Government Affiliation: Bus Bengal is a completely independent, privately owned application. We DO NOT represent, nor are we affiliated with, any government entity, government agency, or State Transport Corporation (e.g., SBSTC, NBSTC, WBTC). 
- Source of Information: All transit data, bus timings, routes, and conductor contact details are gathered through public crowdsourcing, independent field surveys, and local travel agencies. This is not an official government data source.
